To celebrate 4:13 Fitness Center's Grand Opening Celebration at the Valley Plaza. We will be hosting our 3rd Annual Patriot Pump!

This isn’t just a bench press contest, the Patriot Pump is a test of strength, endurance, and faith. We’re pushing our limits in honor of the veterans who have served and protected our freedom.

$500 Reward for Top Male and Top Female lifter respectively

All proceeds go directly to sponsoring and supporting veterans in our program.

RULES:
- Bench as many reps as possible for 50% of your bodyweight.

- Only clean, full reps that are parallel to the floor will count.

That's not all... at 4 PM, the first 300 attendees will recieve:
- Free burgers & fries from Burgers and Beer

- Free shaved ice
